Please be aware that we will reserve the right to cancel the market at short notice if the weather is too bad to have you there.
Should the market be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, you will be eligible for a 20% refund of the stall fee or transfer to another date.
We try to ensure we have no gaps and the market is full and vibrant. Communication therefore is very important.
We have reserved the dates and spaces for you in advance and so will not be offering them to anyone else. If you are not certain about any dates, please do not confirm them. We have turned other people down, either because they sell a similar item to you or because there were no sites left in the size your ordered.
I have put a massive amount of time and energy into administration and behind the scenes work & networking and filling spaces, therefore, under no circumstances will any refunds will be made if you cancel your stall site.
We offer the opportunity for you to pre book your stalls through the year. Once accepted in a pre booked space, this means that the space is allocated to you and not offered to anyone else. Therefore we do expect the invoices to be paid at the time of booking. We won't hold spaces simply because a registration form was completed.
The sooner you can advise of cancellation, the better chance we have of filling the space, so please let us know as soon as you can.
