We serve American style hotdogs using local/NZ ingredients. Our sausages are a special recipe that uses no fillers, MSG or artificial preservatives. Our buns are baked fresh each morning we trade and we take every care to select great quality local ingredients for each of our toppings. In particular, our gherkins and relish are supplied by Kev's Pickled, a local South Christchurch producer.
